My style is solution-focused, intuitive and uplifting. I'm certified in Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) developed at Oxford University. I'm also a highly advanced meditator with the ability to perceive finer levels of reality. Clients report shifts in consciousness after a short period of time.
Half Indian, half English my life experience includes a previous career as a film star, working in Malibu addiction rehabs, extensive international life experience and success with helping people in the public eye and high performers.
