Hello and welcome. I help teens, women and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, disconnected, and struggling in their relationships. Many of my clients reach out because they are struggling with anxiety, loneliness, low self-esteem, dating frustration, and loss of motivation. I use Gottman Couples therapy training to help identify problems in communication in my work with individuals and couples.
