I help individuals, regardless of their ability to name their pain, to focus on taking care of themselves to recover from relational distress, chronic pain & burnout. In our time together, we will work on restoring the trust, confidence and sense of self often depleted as a result of relational trauma and life experiences. I specialize in treating complex and attachment related trauma, bipolar I & II, as well as autism, from a relational and developmentally based perspective using EMDR, IPSRT and EFT.

After high school I attended Chapman University and earned my Bachelor's in Psychology. Immediately after I went on to achieve my Master's in Social Work at the University of Southern California. While my specialties are those previously mentioned I also see clients for a number of other issues: relationships, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, removing blocks to creativity, and addictions.
