I have over 25 years of helping people find tools that work for them to face life's challenges with confidence. Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues ... we will handle it together, with a lot of laughter and a side of kleenex. Yes, I am a therapist. But I'm also a person, and a mom, and I live in the same world you do. I'm not some "expert" here to do therapy to you. I have had struggles, just like you. The thing is, I've had years to practice what I preach and find ways to make this therapy stuff WORK for you in practical, manageable ways so you can feel better.
I've trained in many techniques, including EMDR and Relational Life Therapy for couples. I tailor your therapy to you. We work on creating new habits and leaving the old ones behind. I have my own practice rather than working in a big group, so I'll be around for tune ups if needed in the future. We can do this. Believe in yourself.
