I have 15 years of past experience in the medical field, with a good understanding of disease processes. I am trauma-informed and client-centered, using EFT, DBT, somatic therapies, exposure therapy and more in a safe, welcoming environment.

I teach Somatic tools to begin the client's development of a working coping toolbox, with a focus on interception. Then begin processing, using a form of bilateral stimulation. Families of Addiction Support Group

This group provides support and education for adults who have a child or loved one struggling with addiction. Members will learn positive coping skills and how to set healthy boundaries, while supporting their loved one. Group is facilitated by Jill Dean, L.P.C. Confidentiality will be a priority for this group. Group meets twice per month. Short intake required prior to entering group. $50/session. Starting in January, 2022.

Self-Care Support for Trauma-Care Professionals
