I have worked as a mental health professional for many years, working with adults and children. Most recently, I've worked with the elderly and provide crisis intervention in the community. I am passionate about working with people who encounter stress & unwanted patterns of behavior that interfere with their individual, relational and career aspirations. In addition to my work with individuals who are facing distress from depression & anxiety, I have specific training & experience helping couples & partners dealing with relational distress resulting from problematic sexual behaviors, including facilitating therapeutic disclosures and leading betrayal trauma groups. I also work with older adolescents & adults suffering with body image issues & disordered eating. Parent coaching is another area of expertise.
