I have 8 years of therapy experience, 13 years of active and reserve Army military service, and 26 years in law enforcement. I offer emotional support to families, couples, and individuals. I walk with first responders and military families through work-related traumatic events and stress-related issues that can affect the performance of one’s daily routine.
I define myself as a therapist with a spiritual worldview. I look to bring others closer to their spirituality by directing the client's inner person to become more open-minded and mindful of their inner strengths. I believe in allowing the client to engage spiritually at their comfort level when integrating spirituality.
