After working on social science research projects that supported mental health I learned that working with people was my passion. What do I do for a living? I meet with people and talk about the most intimate aspect of their lives. It's not a bad job and I love the work I get to do. My goal is to use the language and activities that are meaningful and helpful to each client to build a trusting relationship from which clients can identify patterns in their life they would like to change, and to assist clients in creating that change in a healthy way.

I provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy services to people of all gender expressions and sexual orientations ages 15 and up. Areas of expertise include eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, interpersonal conflict, personality disorders, and others. Some areas of specific clinical interest of mine include disordered eating, gender/sexuality concerns, relationship issues, and substance use.
