As a clinician with over 25 years direct practice experience I offer clients the opportunity to learn how to live their best lives through the use of psychotherapy, counseling, and lifestyle coaching. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing difficulties and challenges in their life. I treat trauma, secondary effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, and a variety of other mental health related issues. body image issues, body dysmorphic disorder, sugar and food addiction, and personality disorders.
I utilize a variety of techniques tailored to each individual's needs. Techniques and skills include practicing mindfulness and client centered approaches, family systems theories, insight oriented, and cognitive behavioral therapies.
