Pet Grief and Loss Support Group
Compassionate support and practical suggestions for understanding, coping with, and healing from your grief. Each week a new topic will be presented and explored. Sharing time will also be part of the weekly agenda. New 4 week groups start monthly, depending on enrollment, and are offered in the evenings. A problem many of us face in dealing with stress is that we use the same coping skills over and over. To manage stress, it's important to add to and recombine our coping skills. Stress affects the whole person, stress-management skills need to make use of our mind, body and spirit.
