Many of my clients feel stuck or have reached an impasse in their lives that they have not yet been able to find a way around. Many feel frustrated, or even doubt that it will get better. Many are feeling overwhelmed with chronic stress, feel exhausted, and keep pushing themselves to pull through. Many, understandably feel they have to do it themselves and know of no other way of being. I find working with these strong individuals to be the most rewarding, as I feel honored to witness their meaningful process unfold.
I provide a non-judgmental, safe space to assist clients in deepening insights into their experience. Sometimes that means listening, sometimes that means helping the client to understand and unburden the unconscious effects of the past, sometimes that means exploring thought processes, and sorting out emotions. No one individual is the same.
Taking the first step to make an appointment can be difficult. Many people hesitate due to the unknown variables: doubts that someone can help, fear of having a negative experience, stigma & misconconceptions and other factors. However, therapy can be a rewarding experience for both client and practitioner which can bring relief, clarity, and well being.
