Pathways Adolescent IOP "Stepping Stones" is located at 2418 Boston Post Road, Guilford, CT 06437 Our Team: Tori Piraino, LCSW & Thomas Allen, Ph.D. An evidence based cognitive-behavioral approach aimed at developing healthy coping strategies and building resilience. Adolescents will learn to face challenges and trust their ability to self-manage difficult emotions and behaviors.
