My areas of expertise are in working with adult individuals and couples, treating a wide variety of issues including navigating conflict and communication issues, boundary setting, and anxiety. I utilize a systemic approach to address the entirety of problems with both individuals and couples, and draw from the Gottman method with couples therapy.
