I specialized in body-based healing and trauma. I am trained in EMDR and trauma informed mindfulness. I offer individual work and couples therapy and offer a framework to discover trauma awareness as it pertains to self and interpersonal relationships of all kinds.
Through breath work, walking therapy and outdoor hiking I teach overall skills to help regulate the nervous system. This range of activities offers something for everyone. The format is a combination of processing and movement or traditional talk therapy in the office, outdoors or virtually.
