My framework is holistic, meaning that I aim to help clients explore and achieve balance in their physical, emotional, and cognitive experiences as a way of maximizing the coping strategies available to them.
At this time I am predominantly seeing adults on an individual basis. My experience centers around counseling the management of depressive and anxiety disorders, exploring identity development and coping with grief and loss. I also have extensive training and experience in working with individuals who have been impacted by traumatic events.
