My practice is currently FULL. Are you feeling stuck or struggling with a difficult experience that you have had? Do you want to improve your relationship with your partner or with your child/teenager? My goal as a therapist is to work in a collaborative manner to empower clients to reach their goals. It is a privilege to help people improve their lives and their relationships.
I tend to do my best work helping people who have been through difficult experiences such as abuse, sexual assault, family violence, and deaths of loved ones. I am trained in EMDR and in Janina Fisher's TIST model, and am IFS informed. I also enjoy helping people age 10 and over who struggle with anxiety or depression. I see couples and families as well.
I believe in the resilience of people and that change and growth are always possible. I pride myself in being compassionate, open minded, and non judgmental. I have been told that I am easy to talk to.
