I am a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts with nearly a decade of clinical experience working with a range of people who have complicated backgrounds and experiences, including trauma. I counsel adults, couples, parents, families, pre-teens, adolescents and veterans. At its core, my style is warm and empathic. I will also take an active and engaged stance in order to challenge my clients' limiting beliefs. Ultimately, I focus on helping clients alleviate their pain and suffering so they can find their potential and live life fully.

I developed Full Circle after working as a social worker for many years in the fields of surrogacy, infertility and medical social work. I have witnessed clinically, professionally and personally how infertility has impacted the lives of so many women and their partners. On a personal note, my sister experienced four years of infertility which cumulated in many IUI attempts and resulted in a beautiful baby girl being born at the end of 2010-thanks to IVF.

I am a therapist who deeply believes in everyone's ability to grow and change. I believe in our ability to evolve even when faced with seemingly insurmountable challenges. In my practice we focus on breaking down these challenges into manageable pieces and accessing the solutions that are already within.

From self criticism to self compassion. An open calm curious genuine exploration No shaming, no judgment only a question: What happened? What curve balls did life sent your way? My approach is holistic integrative and relational. If it works for you I will introduce you to a tool box of resources: somatic, energetic, EMDR, Flash etc as together we make sense of where you are now, what you are feeling, how to help you shift to a place of renewed empowerment and control, to be who you want to be and feel how you want to feel? A system/soul update to a renewed place of joy peace and harmony.

I have a hybrid practice. I specialize in parenting issues, anger management and spiritual issues. I provide support to men and fathers as they strive to become the best version of themselves. I tend to work with a lot of men who are former athletes. My background as a former high school and college athlete seems to serve our connection. The men who come see me want help in figuring out ways to channel their aggression in a healthier way and tend to be self reliant and often have a hard time asking for help.
