I served compassionately and skillfully with diverse peoples over thirty years, working with men and women, older or young individuals, foreign born or local on anxiety, depression, trauma, thought disorders, substance use, transition or migration reactions problems. My approaches are contextual, person-centered, social justice and trauma informed.
It integrates traditional therapy with authentic Eastern ethics, philosophy and values that is culturally practical. I hope to share our strengths through engaging in dialogues fully to build meaningful relationships in global contexts, enhancing wellness; while we enrich our own thinking space. Educators, professionals, and peers consultation are welcome.
