About
Having premarital, marital, post-divorce, mental health challenges like depression or anxiety, parenting, in-laws, pornography, and family challenges? Nedra can assist you with these difficulties. She is collaborative in her approach and listens to your concerns and is kind and understanding.
With seventeen years as a Marriage and Family Therapist, and a combined 26 years in the Human Services field, Nedra is knowledgeable and prepared to treat the multifaceted issues facing individuals, couples, and families. She has a bachelor's in Human Development and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a long-time member of the AAMFT.
Many couples experience a decrease in distress through the empirically proven EFT model of therapy used in her practice. Family members develop closer relationships with one another and resolve conflicts as they learn new ways of interacting. Individuals with mental health challenges can decrease or resolve these challenges. Nedra works by appointment only.
