I am passionate about exploring the impacts of neurodivergence while healing trauma. I deeply understand the intersection of neurodiversity, disability and therapy to compassionately provide interventions to people who might not see results from typical talk therapy.

In therapy we can explore experiences that have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. Then reimagine, practice and embody behavior that aligns best with your values in the present moment. Experiential therapy can be a playful and effective method for treating Autism, ADHD and Pathological Demand Avoidance.
