It’s true, life can be painful and even very unfair. My goal is to help you accept your whole being so that your best self can foster positive relationships and create a life of joy and purpose.
My foundation to counseling is a Humanistic or “person-centered” approach. I believe that all humans have an innate wisdom and that it’s my role to help my clients discover their own path. I have great respect for each person’s individual process and employ multiple techniques to facilitate that discovery, including CBT and EFT.
