When you struggle with relationship issues, depression/anxiety, or a personal crises, you may feel alone, stuck, and helpless. As your therapist, I will walk alongside you and help you to move forward with a greater sense of well-being and empowerment.
Most people have few (if any) spaces to meaningfully and comfortably sort through heavy emotions. Let me help you to re-develop a healthy relationship with yourself. When working with me, you can expect a safe environment where you are respected, encouraged, and supported. Together we will explore your strengths and work on strategies that promote healing.
You will find me to be person-centered and non-judgmental across several subjects, domains, circumstances, and themes. I approach the world from a lens of inclusivity, rather than exclusivity.
