Seeking help can be extremely difficult but if you have made it here, I commend you. Becoming vulnerable enough to reach out for help is the most courageous thing you can do for yourself. My name is Ali and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Marriage/Family Therapist (LMHC, LMFT). I believe that everyone has it within them, to solve issues and arrive at a place of serenity, contentment and peace. Sometimes people need help arriving at that place and that's why I am here.
I work with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, family issues, transitions in life, isolation, eating disorders and more. My skills and life experiences have prepared me to facilitate therapy that can help people heal and grow.
I graduated from Barry University in Miami with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage Family Therapy. The moment I began studying and working in the field I knew I was right where I was supposed to be. My goal is to promote growth and help people heal from whatever issues they may be facing.
