I can’t fix whatever you are going through but will make sure you don’t have to fight it alone. I specialize in working with people who deal with addiction, substance abuse, anger issues, depression, self-esteem, family conflict, men’s issues, etc. I am motivated to see you become the person you desire to be.
As a therapist, I have worked in this field for 8 years with adolescents, adults, families, individuals and groups sessions. Building rapport with clients through sessions utilizing a collaborate, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual clients needs. Providing a safe environment to focus on strengths to a positive and sustainable well- being.
Growing up we heard so many negative stigmas about mental health. Taking the first step is always the hardest when opening up to a stranger, but you are not alone.
