Many of us are experiencing worry, stress, and anxiety right now. This group may help you in learning what causes anxiety and how to cope with it. Some of the benefits of this group are: Learn how to recognize anxiety, fear, panic, worry, and the differences between them. Practice physical and mental grounding techniques to help lower anxiety in the moment. Understand the relationship between anxiety and depression and tools to resolve these feelings.
