I have specialized training in EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialetical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. After receiving my counseling degree, I took classes in the marriage and family program through Chapman University at the Whidbey Naval Air Station.
I have over 40 years experience working, including over 30 years as a public school teacher, and over ten years as a mental health therapist. I am currently treating all of my clients remotely. I offer counseling services from 8:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m.
