Counseling Made Simple has Linda, clinical director and part time therapists Carly, Stephanie and Suelen. Collectively, we have over 50 years of experience in many areas (medical, trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, cancer, infertility and many more).
CMS implements many different therapeutic modalities tailored to our clients' needs including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused therapy, Solution Focused therapy and TF-CBT. We specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and attachment. Our therapists have experience working with all ages and stages of life.
