Counseling For Wellness believes that counseling is an individual experience. We practice a collaborative and person centered approach for an all-encompassing therapeutic experience; incorporating CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, yoga, nutrition, neuroscience, essential oils, community resources, reiki, and psycho-education. We work with clients of all ages and that struggle with a range of adjustments, life changes, anxieties, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, relationship/family struggles, general personal growth, and overall mental health concerns.
