A virtual 12-week, therapist-led group for men and women pursuing freedom, integrity, and connection. This 75-minute weekly therapy group provides a structured, compassionate space for individuals working to recover from compulsive sexual behaviors—including pornography, infidelity, excessive fantasy, or other sexual acting out that feels unmanageable. Group sessions combine book studies, therapeutic processing, and evidence-based workbook exercises. This is a closed 12-week cohort, allowing for trust and continuity as members progress together. Each meeting blends psychoeducation, experiential learning, and authentic processing in community.
