You can get through anxiety, depression, trauma /PTSD, bipolar disorder, dissociative disorders, grief/bereavement, relationships, transgender reassignment, divorce and more. Whatever your situation, we can work it out. You are unique and I tailor your therapy to your specific needs for your wellness all in a relaxed and safe environment.

I am trauma-focused with the goal of helping you achieve safety, calm and stability. I honor the trauma you experienced and how you survived. Trauma is difficult, you don't have do it alone. If you experience dissociation, understanding and making sense of it is important, along with managing the various aspects of the dissociation which can be frightening.
