Hello! I go by Brook Bellows (She/Her). Currently accepting new referrals with some evening and weekend slots available. Do you live with depression, anxiety, burnout, gender dysphoria, or a history of trauma? Complicated by diagnosed or suspected autism and/or ADHD? If so, you fit well with many of the clients who I have assisted over the last 9 years in practice. I bring particular insight into my work with those in alt communities including those who identify with goth, emo, nerd, poly, queer, neurodivergent, and kink communities.
Building a relationship on mutual respect, honesty, and developing trust is the core of any effective counseling. Beyond this, I offer my clients a blend of counseling informed by recent developments in research with elements of what they love in life, and individualize treatment for every client based on their weekly feedback of the work we're doing.
