As a PMH-C certified provider in perinatal mental health, I have experience working with parents and supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. I integrate mindfulness and mind–body approaches with coping strategies, focusing on your personal goals while building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.
