I am a therpaist working with a diverse practice. I work with individuals, couples, teens and families. My style is informal, supportive and interactive. I am direct and straightforward with warmth and a sense of humor. I have faith in the healing power that lies within each of us. And it's a privlege to help bring that out.
I have extensive experience and interest working with issues related to couples in all stages of relationship. Establishing healthy communication and conflict resolution skills. I have worked with addiction and recovery for over 25 years. I am also able to help with unresolved trauma and grief that is often underlying feelings of depression and anxiety.
I believe we all could use some support and compassion. Therapy is a place to feel heard and understood, where someone walks beside you and collaborates with you. A safe but challenging space to bring about the positive changes you want to make in your life.
