*FREE* support group focused on the stressors or interpersonal traumas of the world and how we can "bounce back." Many people with stressors limit their interactions with others. Group encourages people to communicate with others and to explore their emotions and shared experiences. Through collaboration with fellow group members, individuals will learn new coping skills for minor to complex stress and improve their social skills, and walk away with a complete support system and a better understanding of themselves. This group will remain open for the 10-week period. Please contact our office for more information and a free screening.
