I am so glad you are here! Since 2018, I have been helping people find solutions and resources to support their many strengths. Together we can explore multiple approaches to therapy so that treatment can be individually tailored to your comfort and needs.
Some of my favorite methods include Solution Focused work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt practices, and mindfulness. Women Together
This virtual only group is run for women, by women. Facilitated by a Paula Kneeland, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, this group will be loosely structured to allow women 18 and older to share a variety of struggles, concerns, triumphs, strategies and companionship in a safe confidential space. Come join us on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm. Topics to be determined weekly and may include mindfulness practices, psychoeducation and supportive listening.
