Since 2018, I have been helping people find solutions and resources to support their many strengths. Together we can explore multiple approaches to therapy so that treatment can be individually tailored to your comfort and needs.
Some of my favorite methods include Solution Focused work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt practices, and mindfulness.
