In 2011, Lauren Hughes formed Counseling Colorado, PLLC, a psychotherapy practice, as a means of offering a range of counseling services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and therapeutic groups. Addiction / Substance Abuse Relapse Prevention - is a therapeutic continued care group for adults in recovery from addiction and/ or substance abuse challenges. The group will offer support, perspective, psycho education, relapse prevention tools, interventions, and 12step concepts for group member's recovery from addiction. The groups weekly meetings will help as an accountability partner and help create rhythm with relapse prevention and the recovery process. Living in recovery from addiction is a daily challenge and you deserve to have support. The group is facilitated by Licensed Addictions Counselor, Lauren Hughes. The group conveniently meets at 5:15pm on Wednesdays.
