We are proud of our vision and mission for this practice. We provide mental health counseling services to ages six and up and take most major insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. We strive to provide the most ethical, transparent, best practices therapy services in our area. If you are ready to deal with things that keep popping up that cause you negative experiences, please reach out to us. We have decades of combined experience under our belt and offer many modalities that are very beneficial for a multitude of diagnoses. We specialize in grief, first responder treatment, perinatal mental health for new moms, and trauma.

I love to work with anyone who feels they need some hope in their situation. I came into this field to merely help others and be there for all, no matter their situation, gender, ethnicity, race, or sexual orientation. I treat many issues based on the DSM-V. Most commonly are depression, anxiety, relational issues, marriage concerns/issues, bipolar, self esteem issues, among many more.

I work with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges—whether that be persistent anxiety, feelings of depression, or unresolved trauma that still impacts their daily life. These clients are often searching for relief, clarity, and a path forward but may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to make lasting change. Whether you have been struggling with difficult experiences for years or have experienced a recent life event that has shaken your sense of stability, I would love to work with you on discovering ways to cope, gain control, and find happiness and healing in the midst of your storm.
