Freedom From Anxiety Workshop
Our upcoming Freedom From Anxiety Workshop is on August 12th & 19th from 11am to 3pm (8 hours total), where you will learn new ways of responding to, and challenging, feelings of Anxiety, Worry & Fear. Participants will learn to change their social behavior patterns by practicing selected behaviors in the safety, caring and support of the group, which will improve one's ability to function in every day (real-life) situations that bring about anxiety, stress, and worry. Participants will also have the opportunity to work on their specific issues and challenges within the safety of the group.
