Do anxiety, depression, panic or fear control your life? Are you physically, mentally and emotionally drained by worrisome thoughts, feelings and sensations that keep you from pursuing relationships, work / career or other life activities? This group will help you break free from anxiety and live a more productive and enjoyable life. Supported by group members, you will explore your fears and anxieties in a safe, caring and nurturing environment while having the opportunity to practice new skills and behaviors to support the life you've been dreaming about. Let's have fun and create new friendships. RSVP required. $40 fee per group (cash or check)

Freedom From Anxiety Workshop
Our upcoming Freedom From Anxiety Workshop is on August 12th & 19th from 11am to 3pm (8 hours total), where you will learn new ways of responding to, and challenging, feelings of Anxiety, Worry & Fear. Participants will learn to change their social behavior patterns by practicing selected behaviors in the safety, caring and support of the group, which will improve one's ability to function in every day (real-life) situations that bring about anxiety, stress, and worry. Participants will also have the opportunity to work on their specific issues and challenges within the safety of the group.
