I provide counseling services mostly by telehealth and have offices in Washington and Georgia. I focus on working with people who want to change their behavior to get better results, to get more of what they want and less of what they don't want. That usually involves changing thinking, dispensing with irrational beliefs, and learning how to let others know what your needs are. You will find me person-centered, non-confrontational, even humorous. You want to have better consequences in your life; my job is to help you find them. I also work with couples and families who want to learn how to listen to each other amd stop arguing.

I am also and industrial/organizational psychologist and spent 20 years of my career as a consultant to organizations. I understand the demands and requirements of organizations on individuals and also how these same dynamics work in other social systems. In addition to personal counseling, I do organizational consulting.
