I am Cory Russell, a licensed therapist. I have been working in the field for 9 years and enjoy working with people to find solutions to their concerns. There are times in which we are battling numerous disturbances in our life. The concerns you will raise from these disturbances can limit your ability to overcome daily tasks, goals, and other concerns that may come along in our lives.
The therapeutic approach I use to address your disturbances is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe this approach can be very useful with the type of challenges you may raise, regardless of your cultural and/or religious background. Some of those challenges may include depression, anxiety, problems interacting with others, and trauma.
As a short term goal, I like to help alleviate how overwhelming things are for you at that time. As a long term goal, I hope we can get to a place that you are able to have control over obstacles that may come along in your future. Together, we can achieve your goals one step at a time.
