I am an AASECT certified sex therapist. I offer sex therapy and couples therapy for folks in Colorado and Utah. In my practice, I take a compassionate yet direct, non-judgmental approach. Overall, I hope to help you explore your relationship dynamics, patterns of behavior, and emotions to help you work through the places you feel "stuck". I use somatic psychotherapy and internal family systems, from a feminist, intersectional lens.
I work with couples and individuals with therapy areas including shame, anxiety, depression, sexual desire and intimacy, sexual and relational trauma, communication and conflict in relationships. I am passionate about working with folks who are in polyamory/non monogamous, BDSM/kink, and LGBTQ+ communities.
