I specialize in work with trauma, autism, the LGBTQIA+ community, ADHD and neurodivergence in general. I take a straightforward approach without being harsh or critical. I also try and educate my clients as much as I can to make therapy more comprehensible and understandable.

I believe that therapy should be accessible to all and to be there for when people need it or just need someone to talk through life with. I offer a safe and inclusive space for all, including neurodivergence and the LGBTQIA+ community.
