I have been practicing in the field since 2014, and beginning in Norfolk, VA and now in Williamsburg, VA. I have worked with several populations to include: addiction, adults, adolescence, depression, families, couples, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and borderline personality disorder. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
You can take a perfectly "normal" person and make them think about their past and you will create a depressed person and you can take a perfectly "normal" person and make them think about their future and you will create an anxious person.
