About
Parenting can be a struggle, and doing it during a pandemic was never a part of the plan. If you're are also experiencing pregnancy and postpartum stress, it can make things so much worse. We at Cottonwood Psychology Center are here to help. We specialize in helping moms (and dads) who may be experiencing pregnancy or postpartum depression and anxiety. We can also help parents who might be struggling with their relationship, with parenting their kids of any age, and with family concerns that inevitably pop up. Our staff is well-trained and ready to help you with both telehealth and in-person therapy options.
I'm a licensed psychologist with specialization and certification in perinatal mental health. I created Cottonwood Psychology Center to be THE place for parents to get the support they need. I have partnered with amazing colleagues to provide excellent care to moms and dads in all stages of their parenting journey.

Postpartum Support Group
This is an active support group for new moms in the North Orange County area, and it is facilitated by two MFTAs. It is perfect for moms with babies up to six months old, and it will give you tools to help with the challenges of parenting as well as ways to combat postpartum depression and anxiety. The group is semi-structured, and each week will focus on a different topic related to having a new baby. Babies are welcome to come, and each session is only $10.
