I have twenty five years of training and experience working with many different people across a wide spectrum of issues. My therapeutic approach is Solution Focused therapy, which involves a positive approach to moving you through the issues that are holding you back in life and achieving your destination. Solution Focused techniques tend to be very effective in a short period of time. I also use CBT and Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma and other modalities as well.
