Welcome to Cosmic Cottage Therapy! Now take a deep breath. We're so glad you’re here. We are a team of 3 therapists who are passionate about helping people overcome trauma and shame, and embrace their true selves: the weird, the brilliant, the taboo, and everything in between. We provide therapy for adults, teenagers, couples, polycules and families. Our work is culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, and neurodivergent-affirming. Clients that seek us out are typically struggling with: people pleasing, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, identity, trauma, psychosis, narcissistic abuse, and attachment issues.
Our approach is trauma-informed; our objective is to create a safe space for people of all identities and walks of life. We are trained in a variety of therapy modalities to help you begin your healing journey. We have a therapist specialized in Emotion-Focused Therapy, a therapist trained in EMDR, and a therapist trained in IFS and Somatic Experiencing.
