You may feel anxious much of the time without fully understanding why. Many people I work with know their past experiences still affect them but feel frustrated because previous therapy has not brought the relief they hoped for. Some feel stuck reliving painful memories, disconnected from the present, or unable to move forward despite years of effort. I work with adults and older adults navigating complex trauma, childhood trauma, attachment trauma, and single incident trauma. I also support individuals who want help integrating insights from psychedelic experiences so those insights can lead to meaningful change in everyday life.
My work focuses on helping your nervous system process and release trauma so you can feel more present in your life. I integrate EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, and Somatic Experiencing to help you understand the different parts of your inner experience, reprocess painful memories, and build greater regulation and stability.
Beginning trauma therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you have tried other approaches before and still feel stuck. My goal is to offer a steady space where we can work through past experiences at a pace that supports your nervous system and helps you feel more present and grounded in your life.
