Thank you for taking the time to explore my approach to therapy. I have over 5 years of experience working with people to heal trauma. Traumatic events could include any experience a person perceived as threatening. My therapeutic modality is using a combination of Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Internal Relationship Focusing (IRF). I believe each client's body has the wisdom to guide us, client and therapist, through the resolution of trauma symptoms. I love to work with people who have spent considerable time in talk therapy and are now looking for alternative approaches.

Mens Group
Parts work group focusing on the exploration of our parts. Topics might center around the idea of the felt sense, resourcing, and beginning to build relationships with our parts - learning how to show up for our parts to build inner trust. Cory is trained in Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF) which is an alternative to Internal Family Systems (IFS). People who struggle with addiction or any other behavior that they experience as problematic are welcome to attend.
