About
Thank you for taking the time to explore my approach to therapy. My therapeutic modality is primarily Somatic Experiencing and is also influenced by training in Tensegrity Movement. I help people reduce stress including of Narcissism, Addictions, Out of Body Experiences, Dissociation, Anger, Grief, Shame, Guilt, Panic Disorders, Sleep Problems, PTSD, Domestic Violence - perpetrators and victims, and Anxiety and Depression. I also help alleviate somatic symptoms such as irritable bowel syndrome, migraine headaches, and other syndromes.
I specialize in helping people who are suffering from Narcissistic Abuse and Addictions. If you are looking for support upon discovering that you have been the victim of Narcissism then I can help. I would be excited to show you how you can achieve stronger boundaries, reduction in shame and guit, and overall improved relationships.
I look forward to meeting you where you are at, going at your pace, and helping you become the best person you can be. Due to Covid 19 concerns, I currently see clients at my residence indoors, outdoors, or online (telehealth).
