I specialize in helping self-aware clients take the next steps in trauma healing, performance, and relational connection through 4- and 5-day In-person Intensives for individuals and couples. These Intensives are a uniquely powerful way to leverage time, attention and skillful support into lasting and meaningful change. Many people experience shifts equivalent to 6-12 months of therapeutic progress over the course of a single Intensive. Please check out my website to learn more.
During an Intensive, I work with individuals and couples for up to 6 hours/day, blending modalities including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), going much deeper than is possible in a typical 60 minute session. Clients are housed in a standalone cottage in a picturesque setting that includes walking paths and river access.
I am a trauma expert, with a deep understanding of how it manifests in the body and in life, often in unconscious patterns that keep people stuck in familiar dynamics in relationships, work, and daily living - the same fights with your partner, the same performance blocks, the same frustrating habits.
